It made my trip to Cancun a very peaceful experience. Extremly helpful staff, friendly communication, impressive location. Try nice dishes served at the rooftop restaurant. Everything was very clean as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was smelly. Easy check-in and excellent customer service👍
Views were not very nice.

Planned to see Cancun major attractions and it was excellent base for visiting all of them. Really loved staying at the deluxe room.
